Drivers are facing delays on the M56 and M60 following two incidents this morning.
An ‘obstruction’ is causing long delays on the M56 westbound between junctions six at Hale and seven at Bowdon.
Traffic is tailing back past Manchester Airport, according to Google traffic data.
Meanwhile, there are queues on the M60 anticlockwise and M62 westbound following a collision near Prestwich.
Traffic is tailing back to junction 19 on the M62 at Heywood.
