Sol Ruca confronts Liv Morgan on Raw After Mania

Ethan Page was the first NXT star to be called up to the main roster on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw in Las Vegas. Like I said, the Raw After Mania is for surprises.
Might Sol Ruca be number two?
Ruca, who spent even longer in NXT than Page did, is a seemingly can’t miss prospect, a tremendously athletic talent with a finisher that got over huge in the developmental brand and landed well when she did it in an appearance or two on the main roster.
It’s no surprise, then, that her first appearance as a potential new member of the main roster saw her interrupting new World Champion Liv Morgan’s title winning celebration. It wasn’t long before Raw General Manager Adam Pearce showed up to book the two in an impromptu match. Michael Cole said she’s now a member of the Raw roster during commentary for said match.
Of course, she’s still got a Last Woman Standing match against Zaria on tomorrow night’s episode of NXT television, the second week of the “Revenge” special. They were sure to promote that too, even if it seems a bit less meaningful now that she’s moved up.
Naturally, it was Zaria who interfered in Ruca’s match against Morgan, with the new champ going over. Still, Ruca looked strong in defeat and was put over on commentary for a big debut.
