Haylie Duff and her fiancé of 12 years, Matthew Rosenberg, have broken up, her rep confirmed on Monday. The former couple — who share two daughters, ages 7 and 10 — “ended their relationship around the first of the year,” her rep said. “She asks for privacy at this time in protection of her young daughters.”

Rosenberg, the founder of the T-shirt company Subway Tile Shirts, got engaged to Duff on April Fools’ Day 2014 after a year and a half of dating. In December 2014, she said they’d put wedding planning on hold after getting pregnant with their first child. In 2018, shortly before the birth of their second child, Duff told People they might get married “after the craziness of a new baby dies down.” “We talk about it and think, ‘Maybe now we’re ready to do it’ and then life happens and toddler happens,” she explained.
