Users are having problems using Instagram April 9. According to Downdetector, the problem popped up shortly before 8 a.m. After 8:30 a.m. EST, there were nearly 200 complaints.
About half of the reports made to Downdetector were about posting on the social media site.
Other concerns were 27 percent couldn’t use the app and 18 percent couldn’t see their timeline.
There is no timetable for when the issues will be resolved.
