LeAnn Rimes and husband Eddie Cibrian’s recent beach trip was a needed break.

“We got to step away for 3 days amidst work and some very tense, heart wrenching things happening at home with family,” Rimes wrote Thursday on social media. “It’s been a different anniversary, one filled with tears and worry, but in between, there were moments of laughter and deep gratitude for this love of ours. day by day, we walk hand in hand through the rollercoaster of life… and god, i’m so grateful that it’s with each other.”

The “Blue” singer and Cibrian, whose acting work has included TV’s Third Watch and Sunset Beach, married April 22, 2011.

“We’ve been through so much in our 15 years as husband and wife,” Rimes wrote. “We know how to ride the waves, hold each other in times of need, mend what needs mending. i’m so proud of what we have created together. 15 years is just the beginning.”

Entertainment Weekly has reached out to reps for Rimes.

The two-time Grammy winner sent Cibrian more love a little earlier in another message marking the milestone.

“15 years of loving you. 15 years of making memories,” Rimes posted Wednesday. “Your love is such a gift. and, with all that’s taken place this year, i have new vows… in perimenopause and in health, with teeth and without. Here’s to you catching up and me returning the favor.”

The mention of teeth, of course, referenced when her own fell out of her mouth in the middle of a song, 1996’s “One Way Ticket,” during a concert in June.

She had a good sense of humor about it at the time too.

“I feel something pop in my mouth,” Rimes described in a video afterward. “And if you’ve been around, you know I’ve had a lot of dental surgeries, and I have a bridge in the front, and it fell out in the middle of my song.”

Rimes briefly left the spotlight as part of her quick recovery.

“I ran to the side of the stage and put it back in, like popped it back in, and then just went on singing,” the 9-1-1: Nashville star confirmed. “And then I just had to get real with everybody and tell them exactly what was happening, or else I would have had to walk off stage. For the rest of the show, I was literally like this, pushing my teeth in, like every couple lines, and singing.”

The toughest of her songs to do was a Coyote Ugly favorite.

“‘Can’t Fight the Moonlight,’ they completely fell out of my mouth,” Rimes said. “It was the most epic experience ever. I don’t usually have firsts in my career. That was a first and hopefully a last.”
