I5 North reopens after crash at Terwilliger curves in SW Portland

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Interstate 5 North has reopened after closed the road at the Terwilliger curves in southwest Portland on Friday afternoon, according to ODOT.

Shortly before 4 p.m., the Oregon Department of Transportation reported that all lanes of I-5 North were closed, along with one southbound lane, at Southwest Iowa Street.

Officials said the delay could last for more than two hours.

At about 5:30 p.m., ODOT said the road had reopened, but warned that traffic could be impacted through the evening.
