Browns draft: Best available on Day 3, Jermod McCoy concerning health update

The months and months of NFL draft prep and mock drafts have come and gone quickly with the first two days of the 2026 NFL draft now in the past. Day 3 is where front offices can make or break the depth of their team, find steals that define a draft class, and create a quality group of special teams players.
An injury update on McCoy’s draft day slide was highly concerning. According to Charles Robinson, teams are concerned that the bone plug issue reported previously could end his career if the next procedure doesn’t go perfectly. That procedure may not be required “immediately, but at some point.”
Even teams with a ton of extra draft capital, as Cleveland has, are wary of using a pick on a player whose career could predictably be derailed within a year or two. At some point, it seems likely that someone will pull the trigger on a player who was ranked among the top 10 to 20 players, based on talent alone, before the process started. After making quality picks on the first two days of the draft, perhaps that team is the Browns on Saturday.
Given the reporting on McCoy, would you be in favor of the Browns picking him on Saturday? If so, at what point?
