Counter-terror team investigates Braunstone drone factory protest

Counter-terrorism police are leading an investigation into a protest at a drone factory in Leicestershire.
Six people, including a man from Norfolk, have been charged with burglary and causing criminal damage following a report a van was driven into the gates of the factory, understood to be UAV Tactical Systems, in Meridian Way, Braunstone, at about 03:10 BST on Friday.
The defendants, four men and two women, are each facing one count of burglary and one count of causing criminal damage.
The six are due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
