Panama’s Copa Airlines to buy 60 Boeing 737 Max jets

PANAMA CITY, April 28 (Reuters)) – Panama’s Copa Airlines ‌will incorporate up ‌to 60 Boeing 737 ​Max airplanes to its fleet over the next eight years following ‌a deal ⁠with Boeing with a list price ⁠of $13.5 billion, the company said on Tuesday.

Following ​the deal, ​Copa ​will add ‌over 100 new aircraft to its fleet over the next eight years, the company said, ‌as the ​new agreement comes ​in ​addition to ‌the 40 aircraft still ​to ​be delivered to Copa under its existing ​deal ‌with Boeing.
