Panama’s Copa Airlines to buy 60 Boeing 737 Max jets

PANAMA CITY, April 28 (Reuters)) – Panama’s Copa Airlines will incorporate up to 60 Boeing 737 Max airplanes to its fleet over the next eight years following a deal with Boeing with a list price of $13.5 billion, the company said on Tuesday.
Following the deal, Copa will add over 100 new aircraft to its fleet over the next eight years, the company said, as the new agreement comes in addition to the 40 aircraft still to be delivered to Copa under its existing deal with Boeing.
