Several Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service crews are currently responding to an incident at Dock Road in Port Talbot.
Officials have advised people to avoid the area while this incident is ongoing to allow access for emergency services.
Local residents are also advised to keep windows and doors closed if there is thick smoke in the area.
