$1 million winning Powerball ticket purchased at east Louisville gas station | Local News

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Powerball ticket purchased at a Louisville gas station won the $1 million jackpot Wednesday night.

In a news release Thursday, the Kentucky Lottery said the ticket was purchased at the Thorntons gas station on Chamberlain Lane and Brownsboro Road in east Louisville.

The Kentucky Lottery said the winner should sign the back of his or her ticket and keep it in a secure location. The winner must claim the price at Kentucky Lottery headquarters on West Main Street downtown.
