Rapper D4vd has been accused of amputating a 14-year-old girl’s left ring and pinky fingers in new court documents.
The 21-year-old, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, has been accused of killing teenager Celeste Rivas Hernandez before dismembering her body and leaving it to decompose in the trunk of his Tesla. D4vd has vehemently denied the allegations.
According to court documents obtained by The Mirror US, D4vd bought tools online before allegedly murdering Celeste. The tools included two chainsaws, an inflatable pool, a body bag and a shovel. He also allegedly purchased a “burn cage” and had planned to burn evidence.

According to the court documents, which were filed on April 29 by Los Angeles County prosecutors, D4vd “took horrifying measures to destroy and discard the victim’s body.” Prosecutors allege after placing Celeste’s body in a blue inflatable pool “to prevent her blood from spilling onto his garage floor,” D4vd used “a chainsaw and perhaps other tools to cut off her limbs.”

Prosecutors said in the documents, “Small blue plastic fragments were found embedded in the victim’s remains, which were collected by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Department.” They were found to be a “physical fit match” to the inflatable pool purchased by D4vd.
The document continued, “In order to distance himself from the victim, he amputated her left ring and pinky fingers because her ring finger contained a tattoo of his name. Her fingers have not been recovered.
“Defendant then placed her head and torso into the cadaver bag he purchased. He placed her limbs into a garbage bag, which he deposited into his front trunk, laying the cadaver bag on top.” Celeste’s body was left to decompose inside the Tesla.

D4vd was accused of stabbing Celeste multiple times at his home. On the day of the murder, prosecutors claimed the rapper ordered Celeste an Uber and she was dropped off at his home. He then texted Celeste asking where she was, but prosecutors claimed this was done to “cover up the murder.”
D4vd has denied all allegations against him. In statement shared with The Mirror US, his attorneys Blair Berk, Marilyn Bednarski and Regina Peter said, “The actual evidence in this case will show that David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez and he was not the cause of her death. We will vigorously defend David’s innocence.”
Meanwhile, an attorney for D4vd’s family reportedly told TMZ on April 20, “We are disappointed but not surprised that the District Attorney made this decision. David’s family stands behind him 100%.”
