Haunted Mansion at Magic Kingdom has now been closed for two days, with no sign of reopening as of 11:30am on Sunday, May 3 2026.
The attraction did not operate at all on Saturday, May 2, and remains offline today. Disney has not given an estimated reopening time.
Guests checking the My Disney Experience app are seeing a personal message from Magic Kingdom’s Vice President, Sarah Riles:
“On behalf of the entire team at Magic Kingdom, I’d like to apologize that Haunted Mansion is currently unavailable. Our Cast Members are working diligently to get the attraction up and running again, and we are sorry you are not able to experience this attraction at this time. I hope you will enjoy some of our other attractions during your experience in the park today.”
If you’re at Magic Kingdom right now, Haunted Mansion is not available. Your best move is to check the My Disney Experience app for real-time status updates before heading to Liberty Square.
