Coleen Nolan has hit back at claims that she is a “millionaire”, saying she is still worried about her financial future. She even admitted her beloved farm is struggling due to her financial woes.
Former singer Coleen, 61, has spoken candidly about how her financial situation has been impacting her life. These have been compounded by ITV’s continuing cuts to Loose Women, which have massively hit her pay packet.
But now, Coleen has slammed claims that her net worth is a very comfortable £5million. She brutally slammed the estimates being made online, saying they were “far” from being true.

Chatting on their podcast, Nolans Uncensored, Coleen spoke openly and bravely about the family’s finances together with kids Shane and Ciera. Shane explained that many people online believed the family were “minted”, but Coleen was quick to fire back: “I hate that, they do.
“Honestly I wish to God that was true,” she exclaimed. “Everything I do people go, ‘It’s alright for you, you can afford it’.
“We are far from millionaires, far, far, far! I think that’s the thing that winds me up, still for me now, because if anything happens, it’s ‘that’s alright for you, you can afford it’ or ‘you obviously got it free’.”

The former singer even went on to reveal how much she is struggling to pay the bills as she admitted that she is trying to make ends meet on the family’s Staffordshire farm. She insisted, however, that she simply cannot afford to hire anyone to keep the farm running smoothly.
“OK we need to work on the aesthetics but I am here and I am doing it. I just didn’t know it would be this hard.
“I didn’t realise it would be this hard as in doing it all. Because contrary to what you all believe I am not a millionaire and I cant afford staff!”

Meanwhile, her beloved Loose Women continues to face problems as ITV bosses have forced the show to go off the air for several weeks. It comes as the broadcaster also struggles to pay its own bills, with its daytime output being hit first.
As part of the cuts, several of the show’s longtime panellists are unable to be in as many episodes as normal. Coleen has said she is afraid of her work drying up, insisting she still needs to pay her mortgage.
