PlayStation Plus June 2026 Set To Be The Roughest Month For Users Yet

It looks like PlayStation Plus is already off to a rough start for June 2026, with some big-hitters potentially leaving the service next month.
Each month, Sony announces the latest batch of games coming to its PlayStation Plus subscription service for the Essential, Extra and Premium tiers. For example, the free PS Plus Essential games for May 2026 were recently announced, and it includes some absolute bangers.
However, unlike the games offered in PlayStation Plus Essential, which will typically always remain in your library with an active subscription, titles included in PS Plus Extra and Premium will more often than not eventually leave to make way for something new.
So, with that in mind, it looks like we’re going to say goodbye to some awesome games set to leave PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium in June 2026, which includes a well-known Sony first-party title.
What Could Be Leaving PS Plus in June 2026?
As brought to our attention by Reddit user bahia80002, they have speculated that the likes of LEGO Horizon Adventures, Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, to name a few, could be set to leave.
Typically, first-party Sony games will remain in the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium libraries longer than third-party offerings, but that’s not always a set-in-stone concept. So, take the information below with a pinch of salt until proven otherwise.
It’s also worth keeping in mind that Ubisoft games such as Assassin’s Creed Mirage will most likely always be accessible for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers, with Ubisoft+ Classics being part of that service, unlike the PS Plus Essential and Extra tiers.
“You forgot Red Dead Redemption, which was added six months ago,” replied RustyZR. “Since Rockstar Games titles usually remain for only six months, that’s my guess!”
“Oh god please not Wo Long: Fallen Destiny and Granblue Fantasy: Relink. The internet in Iran is still off, and I can’t download these,” pleaded Anathema1993666.
“I hope Silent Hill 2 never leaves,” said XpertRebel111.
“Thank you for giving these a go. These are always estimates; we all understand that. It’s useful to know what is most likely to leave,” reminded 10pencefredo.
“Crusader Kings 3 would be a devastating loss,” exclaimed Tiny_Consideration38.
“Man, I gotta finish Platinum Wo Long: Fallen Destiny already, I’ve been putting it off for months,” declared ilya39.
What PS Plus Titles Should You Play First?
Personally, I’d be surprised if LEGO Horizon Adventures were to leave in June 2026, because it’s a first-party Sony title and just six months on the service doesn’t feel long enough.
However, it is a very short game, roughly six or seven hours (give or take). So, if you’ve not played it yet, that would be an easy game to clear, just in case it leaves the service next month.
“LEGO Horizon Adventures gets so much right, and Guerrilla Games and Studio Gobo have created a truly wonderful experience that I’m sure will be enjoyed by fans both old and new,” said GAMINGbible’s Kate in her review, scoring it 7/10.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is also a banger, with GAMINGbible’s Sam scoring it an 8/10. It’s a throwback to the series before it ventured into the RPG genre, so if you loved the series back then, it comes highly recommended.
