LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Florida softball team (47-9, 17-7 SEC) enters the Southeastern Conference Tournament as the No. 3-seed and will face No. 14-seed Auburn (27-27, 4-20 SEC) in the quarterfinal round on Thursday.
First pitch is set for 11 a.m. on the SEC Network with Amanda Scarborough and Kevin Brown calling the action from John Cropp Stadium.
Fans can also listen on 98.1 FM / 850 AM WRUF where Ryan Urquhart and Nevada Cullen will have the radio call.
The Gators faced Auburn for a three-game series in mid-April. Florida took two-of-three from the Tigers in Gainesville.

- Jocelyn Erickson, who has hit 49 home runs as a Gator, is one home run shy of becoming just the fifth Florida player in program history to hit 50 or more home runs in their career: Lauren Haeger (71), Megan Bush (65), Francesca Enea (61) and Kelsey Bruder (52)
- The senior is just three home runs shy of matching the Florida single-season record of 22 home runs. The record is currently held by Taylor Shumaker (2025) and Brittany Schutte (2011)
- With 214 RBIs in her Florida career, fifth-most in program history, Erickson is just three RBIs of moving into a tie with Megan Bush (2008-11) for fourth-most in program history (217)
- When Florida faced Auburn in April, Shumaker batted a team-best .556 (5-for-9) with a pair of doubles, while Townsen Thomas batted .500 (5-for-10) with a double and a triple
- In the circle, Keagan Rothrock went 2-0 in the series, holding a 1.24 ERA in 11.1 innings pitched against the Tigers, allowing just two earned runs with 11 strikeouts
- The Gators have won 17-straight regular-season series against Auburn. The last time the Tigers took a series over Florida was at Auburn in 2005
