UFC 328: Roman Kopylov vs. Marco Tulio: Prediction
I predict a unanimous decision win for Tulio over Kopylov because he has more variation in his striking arsenal and overwhelms his opponents with volume. Tulio doesn’t just headhunt his opponents, he also attacks their bodies.
Another major factor in this match is the speed, as Tulio is faster than Kopylov. This will be important in most of their exchanges, as both are feared strikers and their physical attributes are nearly identical.
Even though Tulio has a one-strike knockout power, Kopylov’s durability and granite chin will hold up. But I think this is going to be a striking masterclass for Tulio, especially since Kopylov doesn’t move his head away from the center line.

Kopylov was the former Fight Nights Global champion before the UFC signed him in 2019. But in his last five bouts in the promotion, he has only scored two wins over Cesar Almeida and Chris Curtis, and dropped the other three to Anthony Hernandez, Paulo Costa, and Gregory Rodrigues.

Tulio’s route to the UFC was through Dana White’s Contender Series in 2024, where he stopped Matthieu Duclos in the second round to earn his spot in the promotion’s roster. Since then, he has won two of his three fights, with victories against Ihor Potieria and Tresean Gore. His only UFC loss was courtesy of Christian Leroy Duncan.
