No driver found after Cedar Rapids train vs. car

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Cedar Rapids police said a train hit a car early Sunday morning.
Cedar Rapids first responders were called to the railroad tracks at C Street southwest near the Tait Cummins Sports Complex around 2:15 a.m. Sunday.
When they arrived, officers found a train had hit a Chevy Equinox on the tracks, but the driver of the vehicle was not around when police were on scene.
There are no known injuries caused by the crash.
The crash is under investigation.
