Huge mix-up! Tristan Stubbs run-out after Cooper Connolly produces sensational direct hit in PBKS vs DC

An absolutely brilliant piece of fielding from Cooper Connolly sent Tristan Stubbs back after a massive mixup between the veteran South African and the Delhi Capitals skipper. This broke the partnership for the fourth wicket, which was just starting to look good for the Capitals.
Delhi Capitals made a poor start to their innings, losing wickets early into the game. However, they were shaping a bounce back with Tristan Stubbs contributing alongside skipper Axar in a partnership.
Cooper Connolly’s brilliance on the field sends Tristan Stubbs back into the dugout
Tristan Stubbs was struggling with the flow of runs as he was also dropped once earlier off Ben Dwarshius, the Australian pacer making his debut in the season for the Super Kings. He was dropped by Arshdeep Singh.
However, the very next over against the same bowler, a massive mix-up between him and his skipper Axar led to his dismissal. Connolly got to the ball quickly, and Stubbs was halfway down the track; he aimed at the stumps, and a direct hit ensured his dismissal.
