The county is being showcased at a networking and deal-making gathering for property and regeneration projects.

Gloucestershire is being showcased at the UK’s major annual real estate, investment, regeneration, and infrastructure conference next week.

Invest in Gloucestershire will be promoting a portfolio of investable opportunities at UKREiiF 2026, a three-day event taking place in Leeds from May 19-21.

Invest in Gloucestershire is the official inward investment programme for the county of Gloucestershire. It’s designed to attract UK and international businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs to relocate, expand, or invest in the region. The initiative is led by Gloucestershire County Council in partnership with the county’s six district councils.

A spokesperson said: “We’re in the final week of preparations for UKREiiF 2026, and Gloucestershire is heading to Leeds with a clear message: we’re building momentum and we’re ready to do business!”

“We’ll be showcasing a curated portfolio of investable opportunities spanning resilient tech, regeneration, housing, heritage and sustainable development – with a particular focus on how Gloucestershire is accelerating the growth of resilient technology clusters.

This year’s programme deepens its focus on coastal regeneration, rural placemaking, affordable housing, ports and airports, hospitality, cultural destinations, whilst maintaining attention on the wider real estate landscape.

By convening international, national and local stakeholders, UKREiiF enables attendees to influence policy, support regeneration ambitions and accelerate sustainable investment across the UK.
