Game 4 Liveblog: Canadiens can push Sabres to the brink with win

The Montreal Canadiens will look to keep their offence rolling when they take on the Buffalo Sabres in Game 4 of their second-round series on Tuesday at the Bell Centre.
Puck drop at 7 p.m. (CBC, Sportsnet, TVA Sports, TSN Radio 690, 98.5 FM).
Montreal leads the best-of-seven series 2-1.
Here are the keys to tonight’s game:
- After a stingy series against the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Habs have lit the lamp against the Sabres. They’ve won the last two games by scoring a total of 11 goals.
- One player who got his first point of the postseason in Game 3 on Sunday was Joe Veleno. He’s one of many bottom-sixers to take a step forward in the playoffs.
- So has forward Kirby Dach, who embodied Montreal’s success at fending off Buffalo’s attempts to intimidate by putting two players in a headlock.
- Goaltender Jakub Dobes has also continued his sensational postseason play. He has a 2.13 goals against average and .918 save percentage in the playoffs.
- At the other end, the Sabres are expected to start goalie Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen after Alex Lyon took consecutive losses in Games 2 and 3.
