MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Authorities are investigating an officer-involved crash that happened near Montgomery’s East South Boulevard Tuesday evening.
A WSFA 12 News camera crew found the scene shortly before 9 p.m. involving a car that appeared to have rammed the back of a patrol vehicle.
According to MPD, the driver of the car was left in critical condition while the officer sustained minor injuries. Both were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
