Perfect Match Season 4 just dropped on Netflix, gathering together members of the Netflix Reality Universe for one star-studded dating show where singles try to find their—you guessed it—perfect match. Basically, it’s like the Avengers, only with horny reality stars.
However, a lot has changed since Perfect Match was filmed, and several of the show’s stars have gone on to other reality shows and formed other relationships…creating some timeline confusion. Have some questions? Here are some answers.
When Did Perfect Match Season 4 Film?
That’d be November 2025. In other words, about six months ago. Might seem like a long time between filming and air date, but this is actually a shorter gap than Season 3, which filmed in September 2024 and didn’t air until 11 months later in August 2025. Clearly Netflix fast-tracked the filming-to-airdate trajectory to avoid toooooo much changing!
However, the streamer’s attempts to speed up production couldn’t prevent some major shifts taking place among the cast. Most notably, Yamen Sanders went on Love Island: All Stars in the UK—which was filmed in January and February 2026—and formed a connection with Whitney Adebayo, who he’s currently dating. A pretty big spoiler, since now we know none of the “perfect matches” he made on Perfect Match stuck!
