Vote for your favourite song
You can help decide the winner of the 70th Eurovision Song Contest! And you don’t even have to pick just one favourite song. With 10 votes allowed per person, you can spread the love across a selection of your fave new tunes.
If you’re in a participating country, instructions on how to vote will be on screen during the broadcasts. In the Grand Final, voting will open just before the first song is performed. It will stay open through all the performances, and for approximately 40 minutes after the last song has been performed. You can cast your vote by phone, SMS, or at esc.vote, depending on where you are, and you can vote up to 10 times.
If you’re in the Rest of the World, you can vote for your favourites at esc.vote. For the Grand Final, the voting window will open online at approximately midnight CEST before the show, closing briefly when the Live Show begins, and opening up again just before the first song is performed. It will then remain open through the Live Show until around 40 minutes after the last competing song has been presented.
Full voting details can be found right here.
Guest Performances
At the start of the Grand Final on Saturday 16 May, viewers learn that the iconic paper boat from JJ’s performance of Wasted Love in Basel has been accidentally left behind in Switzerland and must travel along the Rhine and the Danube, crossing much of the Eastern Alps, before finally arriving in Vienna… Just in time for the spectacular opening that ORF has planned.
In The Queen of the Night, JJ gets to showcases the remarkable vocal abilities that helped secure Austria Eurovision victory in 2025. As he seamlessly blends Mozart-inspired elements with his own music, more than 40 dancers – as well as acrobats – will accompany the performance. At the same time, the 25 Grand Finalists will be introduced at the Wiener Stadthalle via the traditional Flag Parade.
During the voting period, three interval acts will take the stage to entertain audiences watching at home and in the arena.
In Celebration!, a selection of Eurovision Allstars will perform iconic songs from the Contest’s history in what will be a big highlight of the 70th anniversary celebrations. You can look forward to watching Lordi, Verka Serduchka, Kristian Kostov, Erika Vikman, Miriana Conte, Ruslana, Max Mutzke and Alexander Rybak showcase the talents that made them such Eurovision legends in the first place.
Afterwards, Austrian electro-swing icon Parov Stelar will bring his distinctive dance sound and striking visuals to the stage. Finally, a soulful version of Billy Joel’s Vienna, performed by Austrian Eurovision legend César Sampson, will lead viewers into the all-important results of the 70th Eurovision Song Contest.
