Bonnie’s ex-husband is actor Paul Grunert, who is best known for his roles in Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, Death Defying Acts, and MI-5. The couple met while starring in a musical together in 1987. They married in Mauritius in 1995 and welcomed one daughter, Bibi, together in 2000.
Bonnie and Paul’s relationship took a turn for the worse in 2015 when it was reported that they had split after 20 years of marriage. A friend of Bonnie’s told The Sun at the time: “Bonnie split from her husband quite some time ago, and it is very amicable and they remain good friends.
“Bonnie has not disclosed the split publicly as she is an extremely private person who rarely talks about her personal life, and she wants it to remain that way for the sake of their daughter.”
