£4.2bn investment pipeline to be unveiled for Lincolnshire

Greater Lincolnshire is set to unveil £4.2bn of investment opportunities and a pipeline of transformational projects to drive growth across nationally significant sectors at this year’s UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF).
Representatives from the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority (GLCCA), alongside the inward investment team from Lincolnshire County Council, will showcase a portfolio of strategic development opportunities with the launch two new documents.
The Greater Lincolnshire Housing Pipeline and Investment Prospectus alongside an Investment Site Catalogue will be shared during the three-day event in Leeds, and collectively highlight development opportunities across the region, from Immingham down to Spalding and from Gainsborough across to Boston.
The Greater Lincolnshire Housing Strategy features 20 deliverable residential sites planned over the next five to 10 years, while the Investment Prospectus and Investment Site Catalogue presents investment-ready commercial and mixed-use opportunities.
Leader of Lincolnshire County Council, Cllr Sean Matthews, said: “Greater Lincolnshire sits at the heart of the UK’s nationally critical sectors of Defence & Security, Agri food & Tech, Advanced Engineering & Manufacturing, logistics & energy. We feed Britain, we protect Britain and we help power Britain.
“Our region offers investors genuine scale and opportunity. By unlocking these opportunities, we are building a pipeline of transformational projects that will strengthen our economy, create jobs and support communities across Greater Lincolnshire. UKREiiF provides the perfect platform to showcase what our region has to offer.”
