Amber Alert issued in Shelton after 4-year-old taken during parent visit, WSP says

An Amber Alert was activated on Wednesday by the Washington State Patrol (WSP) on behalf of the Shelton Police Department after a 4-year-old boy was allegedly taken by his father during a supervised visit in Shelton.
Kyson Moen was taken around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday near the 600 block of West Park Street, according to WSP.

Kyson is described as having brown hair and was last seen wearing a black shirt with a Batman logo.
Police identified the suspect as Joshua Moen, 26, Kyson’s father.
He is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
His clothing is unknown, but he has a “Northwest” and tree tattoo on his left arm, “rock” tattooed on his right knuckles, and “roll” tattooed on his left knuckles, according to WSP.
Investigators said the suspect may be driving a blue 2005 Honda Pilot with a Washington license plate CDE7808.
