Yujiro Hanman revealed as the final challenger of Tekken 8 Season 3

Yujiro Hanma from the manga Grappler Baki has been revealed as the final Tekken 8 Season 3 challenger. He’s due to be released in early 2027.

The first issue of Grappler Baki was released back in September 1991. Indeed, the series has been around for almost 30 years at this point.

Yujiro Hanma will likely fit in well with the Tekken cast considering that Grappler Baki’s story is all about a son, Baki Hanma, trying to overcome his father, Yujiro Hanma. The father is known for being an absurdly strong fighter.

It’s interesting to note that Yujiro is respected, but isn’t necessarily a good guy. He basically serves as the main antagonist of the Grappler Baki series.

As we already know, Yujiro is set to be the final character for Season 3. Kunmitsu will be released on June 1, 2026, though those with the Season Pass will be able to get early access starting on May 27, 2026.

After Kunimitsu is released, Bob and Roger Jr. will need to be released. They’re set to become available in Summer 2026 and Autumn 2026.
