The polls are now closed in Texas, where Sen. John Cornyn (R) and state Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) are duking it out for the GOP nod in the Lone Star State’s marquee Senate race.
The winner in Tuesday’s election will face off against Democrat James Talarico, a state lawmaker, this November. President Trump’s endorsed Paxton just last week.
