Dressing for the office during a heatwave is no mean feat; balancing the fine line between what’s appropriate and what actually keeps you cool can be tough. But one TV presenter has just worn the perfect heatwave-friendly dress, and we’ve found where to shop it.
Last Friday, at the beginning of the heatwave, Susanna Reid wore the Sosandar Pink Popper Front Denim Dress, available for £79 at Next.
Despite being denim (a notoriously warm material), the dress has actually received praise from shoppers for being cooling and thin, as well as being appropriate for the office or dressier occasions. Susanna opted for the coral shade, but the dress is also available in pink, blue, and beige.

Shoppers praised the dress for its ‘cool’ feel and comfy fit. One shopper wrote, “I’d be tempted to get one in pink as well it’s nice and cool nice material with a bit of stretching it ,so comfortable when you sit down.”
And a second agreed, “This dress is lovely. The material is very comfortable, has a certain stretch to it. The gathering at the sides is slimming. The overall shape of the dress is elegant. You can wear it as smart with heals or casual with trainers. I thought it was pricey but it’s so worth it. One of the loveliest dresses I’ve bought for a while. Really recommend you give it a go. LOVE IT.”
However, a few shoppers criticised the dress’s colour, claiming it was not as vibrant as it appeared in the photos. One wrote, “This dress is good quality, but the colour isn’t quite as it appears online. The online photo shows a more yellow shade that doesn’t match the actual dress.”
Susanna isn’t the only presenter to have impressed with their wardrobe recently.
