Surprise Headliner to Perform in Budapest after Champions League Final

Travis Scott, one of today’s most popular artists, will perform in Budapest on Saturday, May 30. The American rapper, who has been nominated for a Grammy Award ten times, will headline the afterparty held at Barba Negra in Csepel following the Champions League final, Hirado.hu reported.

Travis Scott will headline the event, bringing an American club-style atmosphere to Budapest alongside his friends, the organizers told MTI on Wednesday. As they noted,

in addition to the world-famous rapper, several leading figures from the Hungarian music scene will also take the stage at Barba Negra, including Pogány Induló and Beton.Hofi.

At the all-night event stretching into Sunday, Artheon will open the program at 8 p.m., followed by Binhky and then Zomblaze. Pogány Induló is scheduled to take the stage at midnight, with Beton.Hofi following half an hour later. Travis Scott’s joint set with DJ Lucky is expected to begin at 1 a.m. on Sunday, and the program will conclude with a DJ set by Niki Belucci starting at 2 a.m.

The organizers emphasized that the event is open exclusively to those 18 and older, and the venue’s capacity is limited. Travis Scott, known for both his music and his controversies, has performed in Hungary once before, in 2016, when—as a lesser-known artist at the time—he took the stage at the A38 venue during the Sziget Festival.
