Leao has long been linked with a move to England, but it is claimed he wants to remain with the Rossoneri.
The forward has scored 80 goals in 291 appearances for Milan and has two years remaining on his contract.
The outlet states: “Rafael Leao is set to turn down a move to the Premier League this summer despite recently sharing his admiration for Manchester United. The Portuguese forward has been linked with a move away from AC Milan this summer.
“According to Gazzetta dello Sport, he has already spoken to club advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic and said he was keen to stay and put a difficult campaign behind him. He has a target of becoming a key player for the club once more.”

Man Utd have £250m war chest
Manchester United will be armed with an eye-watering £250 million for transfers this summer, according to The Sun.
The Red Devils have been linked with Atalanta midfielder Ederson and are sure to be in the market for further additions after securing a return to the UEFA Champions League.
However, they have “cooled” their interest in Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Carlos Baleba.
“Manchester United have freed up £250m for transfers this summer,” writes The Sun.
“The Red Devils have paid £110m on their revolving credit facility since the end of March.
“The club have also received £31.36m for a player sale, which is assumed to be Rasmus Hojlund.
“United’s latest accounts show £405.75m in outstanding transfer fees, with £171.14m due after more than one year.
“United are hoping to claw back £100m from the sales of surplus stars after Hojlund, including Joshua Zirkzee, Andre Onana and Manuel Ugarte.”
Atleti weigh up Reijnders move
Atletico Madrid are weighing up a move for Manchester City midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, and they remain keen on his team-mate Bernardo Silva.
Reijnders only joined City a year ago in a £46.5m move from AC Milan, scoring seven goals in 47 appearances.
However, Atletico believe they could lure the Netherlands international to Madrid.
“Atletico Madrid are showing interest in Manchester City midfielder Tijjani Reijnders as they also await an answer from his team-mate Bernardo Silva,” writes the Mail.
“The Spanish side are in the process of rebuilding to keep Diego Simeone’s side competitive and have also made an offer to former City favourite Bernardo Silva, who is a free agent, though it is understood his preference would be to join their La Liga rivals Barcelona.
“Atleti are also continuing dialogue with Wolves for midfielder Joao Gomes after agreeing a £39m fee earlier this month.
“Reijnders is more attack-minded but Atleti acknowledge it is a difficult deal to pull off.”
