‘Dua Lipa used our confetti at her wedding’

Seeing the success of the confetti business was “fantastic,” Evitts said.

“There’s a lot of work that goes into growing confetti, I think people don’t realise that,” she added.

“We start growing in November, put the seeds into the ground with our solar-powered robots, and then we weed them come spring,” Evitts explained.

The flowers are hand-harvested in the summer, then dried on the farm.

“To see someone like Dua use them, it’s pretty mega.”
