Alaska Airlines debuts new 14,000-square-foot lounge at Portland International Airport

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Alaska Airlines unveiled its new lounge today during a press event at Portland International Airport.

The new 14,000-square-foot space will open to Alaska customers on Thursday, June 4. The new space is double the size of the previous lounge.
Passengers will find seating for 220, including Alaska’s signature loungers, private workspaces, regionally inspired food and beverages, and a fireplace.
Northwest artist Ben Butler also painted a custom mural of Mount Hood.
The lounge is located on the mezzanine level near the South Hall.
