The Road to the Final reaches Europe this Thursday as some of the biggest names in track and field descend on the Stadio Olimpico for the Rome leg of the Wanda Diamond League.
Noah Lyles, Melissa Jefferson-Wooden and Keely Hodgkinson will all get their Diamond League campaigns underway, while Italian stars such as Nadia Battocletti, Marcell Jacobs and Leonardo Fabbri will have the home crowd behind them at the Golden Gala Pietro Mennea.
The action begins at 19:10 local time (GMT/UTC+2) with the men’s javelin and the main programme and two-hour broadcast starts at 21:00 local time with the women’s 400m hurdles.
