RCMP in Bonavista are seeking the public’s help in identifying those responsible for the theft of aluminum cable from a power substation in Catalina.
Surveillance caught two suspects on camera breaking into the Newfoundland Power substation early yesterday morning.
Police were called to the scene around 9:00 a.m.
