Kanye West Announces ‘BULLY’ Deluxe and New Single “GEMINI SEASON”

Kanye West is wasting no time following his massive birthday concert in the Netherlands. Just moments after wrapping up the second night of his sold-out Arnhem stadium run on June 8, Ye revealed that the deluxe edition of BULLY will arrive on June 19, while a brand-new single, “GEMINI SEASON,” and its accompanying music video are set to drop within hours.

The announcement capped off a landmark evening at GelreDome Stadium, where the rapper celebrated his 49th birthday in front of another packed crowd.

Released on March 28 through YZY and Gamma, BULLY marked Ye’s twelfth studio album and one of his strongest commercial debuts of the decade. The project opened at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 152,000 units, finishing behind BTS’ Arirang. Its impact extended beyond albums charts, with 16 of the record’s 18 tracks entering the Billboard Hot 100 during release week.

Featuring appearances from Travis Scott, André Troutman, Nine Vicious, CeeLo Green, and Peso Pluma, the album showcased a blend of stadium-ready production and personal songwriting. Lead single “Father,” featuring Travis Scott, quickly emerged as one of the project’s standout records.

Talk of a deluxe edition has circulated almost since the album’s release. During an after-party following Ye’s second SoFi Stadium performance on April 3, attendees heard an unreleased collaboration with Don Toliver that was widely rumored to be destined for an expanded version of the album. Two days later, Gamma fueled speculation further by confirming through social media that a deluxe edition was officially “on the way.”

Now, fans finally have a release date.

The news arrives during a pivotal moment in Ye’s European comeback. His two-night run at GelreDome represented his first performances in the Netherlands since 2013 and one of his most significant European appearances in more than a decade. Demand proved extraordinary, with reports indicating more than 450,000 fans entered ticket queues for a venue capable of hosting approximately 40,000 people per night.
