The company is dealing with an outage according to DownDetector.
According to the site that tracks website woes, users are having problems with Verizon, with the problem occuring on both cellphones and internet.
Downdetector reports the biggest problem is with mobile phones, where nearly 50 percent (41) of the problems were listed. Other users (28 percent) are having problems with their 5G Home Internetwhile 18 percent are having problems with their 5G internet.
There is no timetable for when the issues will be resolved, but it’s a fairly new issue that popped up after 5 p.m. EST. It could be a quick outage.
It’s not the only cellphone provider to have problems. AT&T is also dealing with issues Tuesday nigiht.
