Bonnaroo 2026: What to know before you go

MANCHESTER, Tenn. (WSMV) – Whether you’re an experienced Bonnaroovian or this is your first festival, there are a few things to know before heading down to one of Middle Tennessee’s largest music festivals.

Over 45,000 people are expected to attend this year’s festival, which runs from June 11 through June 14. Here’s what to know:

Where to go:

Day parking:

The day parking lot opens at 11 a.m. each day and closes at 6 a.m. the following day.

Vehicles still in the lot at 9 a.m. the day after your pass is valid are subject to tow, according to festival officials.

There are no in and out privileges for day parking passes. Passes are good for one entry on the day they are designated for.

  • From the highway:
    • From Nashville, take Interstate 24 to Manchester. Use Exit 111B Rt. 55 East McMinnville and go over the
    • From Chattanooga, use Exit 111 and turn right onto Rt. 55
      • Turn right onto Ragsdale Road before Circle K, then right onto New Bushy Branch Road at the Winery and follow the signs to day parking.

Campsites:

As you approach the festival at 1560 New Bushy Branch Road, start to follow signs and directions and staff rather than your GPS.

Rideshare drop-offs:

If you choose to use rideshares or get dropped off, use this address 2465 New Bushy Branch Road to be directed to the East Tollbooth.

What is and isn’t allowed:

Each person, their belongings and their vehicle will be searched upon entry.

In the campgrounds, you can bring most kinds of bags. In Centeroo, the main venue, you will need to make sure your bags are the following:

  • Small clutch purses and fanny packs that are 6″ x 9″ or smaller. They don’t need to be clear, but they cannot have more than one pocket
  • All bags larger than 6″ x 9″ must be smaller than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ and clear

Allowed:

  • Alcohol
    • Two cases of beer per person per car, two boxes of wine per person per car and 1-1.75 liter of hard liquor per person per car
  • Food and Drinks
  • Point and shoot cameras/cameras with detachable lens less than 2″ long
  • Portable camping grill
    • 40 pounds of charcoal per grill per vehicle
    • Propane tanks 20 pounds or smaller. Only 1 propane tank per grill per vehicle or two small “Coleman” type tanks per grill per vehicle.
  • Generator (smaller than 4KW)
    • 1 generator per vehicle. No more than 10 gallons of gasoline in an appropriate container per generator per vehicle
  • Instruments
  • Camping tools
  • Hand tools
  • Factory sealed Naloxone/Narcan kit
  • Empty reusable water bottles, hydration packs, plastic or aluminum water bottles
  • Baby stroller
  • Binoculars
  • Blankets, sheets and towels
  • Frisbees
  • Portable battery packs
  • Personal misting fans
  • Sunscreen
  • Totems (less than 7 feet tall)

Prohibited:

  • Glass
  • Wooded fires
  • Kegs
  • Weapons
  • Drones
  • Fireworks
  • Illegal substances
  • Bicycles or any other wheeled transportation
  • Professional cameras
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Glow sticks
  • Box trucks/tractor-trailers
  • Laser pens or similar focused light devices
  • Vending
  • Power tools or tools with gas motors

Items prohibited inside the venue

  • Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler.
  • Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal beauty products
  • Coolers of any kind
  • Professional video equipment
  • Professional audio equipment
  • Drones
  • Hammocks
  • Inflatables
  • Glass containers
  • Illegal or illicit substances
  • Outside food, beverages of any kind
  • Umbrellas
  • Selfie sticks
  • Large chains or spiked jewelry
  • Carts of any kind
  • Chairs of any kind

Box Office

Visit the box office for will call orders, wristband assistance or ticket upgrades or to receive ticket support.

Tickets may only be picked up by the original buyer with a government-issued ID.

The box office is located at Coffee County Central High School at 100 Red Raider Drive and will be open during the following times:

  • Wednesday, June 10: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 11: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Friday, June 12: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 13: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 14: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
