CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Strong winds and power outages have occurred across multiple eastern Iowa towns Wednesday as severe weather moves through the region.
According to PowerOutage.com, 5,089 customers are out of power across Iowa as of 5:47 p.m. Wednesday.
A Tornado Watch is in effect for most of the TV9 viewing area until 11 p.m.
The City of Dubuque will collect limbs and branches at no extra cost Thursday and Friday.
