Pocono Raceway moves start time for NASCAR race | Pennsylvania News

LONG POND, Pa. – The start time for Sunday’s The Great American Getaway 400 presented by VISIT PA NASCAR Cup Series race at Pocono Raceway has been moved up two hours to 1 p.m. due to forecasted inclement weather.
The raceway says it has worked with Amazon Prime Video to move the start time earlier to give fans the best opportunity to enjoy the full race experience.
The Great American Getaway 400 was originally scheduled for 3 p.m.
The race will be broadcast live on Amazon Prime Video, Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM Radio. Amazon Prime Video’s pre-race coverage begins at 12 noon.
There will be no change to the opening times for the parking lots (6 a.m.) and gates (8 a.m.). Track access for Paddock Pass Holders opens at 8:30 a.m. and remains available until the conclusion of NASCAR Cup Series driver introductions.
The NASCAR Cup Series drivers meeting will begin at 12:30 pm.
