Smith, Korczak, Bowman slot into Golden Knights lineup for Game 6

Vegas is inserting Reilly Smith, Kaedan Korczak and Braeden Bowman into its lineup in place of William Karlsson, Dylan Coghlan and Keegan Kolesar for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final on Sunday night (8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+).

Smith is sliding into the Golden Knights’ forward mix to replace William Karlsson, who was injured in Game 5 from a hit by Carolina Hurricanes defenceman Sean Walker.

A member of Vegas’s original misfits, Smith has played in six post-season games this spring, all in the first round against the Utah Mammoth.

During the regular season, Smith had 16 goals and 10 assists in 69 games.

Bowman will join Smith among the Golden Knights’ 12 forwards as they look to force a winner-take-all Game 7 back in Raleigh, N.C.

The 22-year-old rookie has not played in these playoffs, with his last bit of regular-season action coming on March 21. Bowman suited up in 54 games for Vegas in 2025-26, scoring eight goals and recording 18 assists.

Korczak, meanwhile, will slide in on the blue line for Coghlan. He has played in 12 playoff games this year across Vegas’s first three series victories, but has not been tabbed to play in the Cup Final.

The right-shot blue-liner has three assists in the post-season after totalling three goals and 13 assists over 78 regular-season contests.
