Tarik Muharemovic is a 23-year-old centre-back who plays for Sassuolo in the Italian top flight. Muharemovic was born in Slovenia and graduated from the youth academy of Austrian side Wolfsberger AC, before breaking into the first team of that club.
In 2021, he moved to the reserve side of Juventus, where he spent four seasons before moving to Sassulo on loan for the 2024-25 season. He played 28 times for the club that season, scoring once, which led to the club making his loan move permanent last season.
For Bosnia and Herzegovina, he served as the captain of the under-21 team under coach Vinko Marinović, and received his first senior team call-up in 2024.
