Updates: Guyton still in the air, Blue debut?

9:22 a.m. — Over anything else, Dak Prescott would’ve liked to get the win over the Packers in Micah’s return to AT&T Stadium and to even the record at 2-2.
So a tie was still rather disappointing for the Cowboys quarterback, but in his 10th season, it’s no surprise that he keeps piling on the records. On Sunday, Dak passed Troy Aikman (2,898) for most completions in franchise history. Dak had 31 completions on 40 attempts, giving him 2,901 now for his career.
He also extended his franchise record with 22 games with a rushing and passing touchdown, the most by any Cowboys quarterback.
When asked about the milestones, Dak toed the line on being respectful to the legends before him but also knowing the most important goal of being a quarterback for the Cowboys.
“It’s awesome. It’s something I never take for granted,” Dak said about records. “It’s not something that I’m patting myself on the back for, but it’s something that I understand the history before me. I understand the players who have come before me and it’s an honor, but at the end of the day I want to win games and I want to chase Roger (Staubach) and Troy (Aikman) and the accomplishments they have.
