Here we get to know Sandra Vergara, the newest addition to the cast of the sensational house-selling show.

Who is Sandra Vergara?
Sandra Vergara is an actress, TV host, painter and certified real estate agent.
She has appeared in movies including God Bless America and Fright Night (both 2011), as well as iconic TV shows such as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
Originally from Colombia, Sandra was the Los Angeles correspondent for People (The TV Show!).
She also hosted E! talk show Good Work alongside RuPaul and Dr Terry Dubrow.

Sandra moved into luxury real estate in Los Angeles after obtaining her licence in May 2025.
As of October 31, 2025, she has more than 224k Instagram followers.
Sandra Vergara is both the cousin and adopted sister of Modern Family actress Sofía Vergara.
In 2011, she told Fox News: “She is my cousin, but we grew up together like sisters.
“Her mother and father raised me since I was a young girl.
“She became famous when I was still a child, and she came here [U.S.] and then I came here.”
The two have attended public events together, with Sandra seen supporting ‘sister’ Sofía at tapings of America’s Got Talent – Sofia’s a judge on the show alongside Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel and Mel B.

Speaking about joining the show, Sandra told Tudum: “The O Group felt like the perfect fit: sharp, high energy, and full of people who are at the top of their game.
She added: “I’ve always had an eye for design and a love for people, so combining that in real estate just clicked.
“I’d seen [Selling Sunset] and always thought the women were incredibly dynamic.
“But being on the inside now, it’s a whole different level of excitement.”
And on what fans can expect in the latest instalment, she teased: “Season nine definitely brings some unexpected twists.
“There are some jaw-dropping moments you won’t see coming.”
