Toronto Maple Leafs To Sign Colton Sissons

Nick Alberga of Leafs Morning Takes reports that the Toronto Maple Leafs have signed forward Colton Sissons. This will mark another change of team for Sissons, who played one season with the Vegas Golden Knights after 11 seasons with the Nashville Predators.
Sissons failed to find his footing in his stint in Vegas. He scored just 11 points in 66 games, 10 points fewer than he managed in Nashville’s 2024-25 campaign. While his scoring dipped, Sissons remained an impactful depth center. He ranked second among Golden Knights centers with a 56.5 faceoff percentage behind Tomas Hertl‘s 57.8 faceoff percentage. High faceoff marks have followed Sissons throughout his career
