According to his agent, Dan Milstein, the Tampa Bay Lightning have signed forward Ilya Mikheyev to a four-year contract. TSN’s Pierre LeBrun adds that it’ll be a four-year, $15.4MM ($3.85MM AAV) contract with the Lightning.
