Three Premier League games rearranged for TV

Three of our Premier League games in the opening weeks of the campaign have been switched for live TV coverage in the UK.
As previously confirmed, we will kick off the campaign with a Friday night home clash against Coventry City, and our first away game will see us head to Aston Villa. That fixture has now been rescheduled for Monday, August 31 with an 8pm kick-off, allowing it to be televised by Sky Sports.
Later that week, we’ll be in action again in N5 with our first London derby of the season when Xabi Alonso’s Chelsea cross the capital. That game will now take place on Sunday, September 6 at 4.30pm, and will be shown on Sky Sports.
Our next league encounter sees us make the long journey up to Sunderland’s Stadium of Light on Saturday, September 12. The kick-off time for that fixture will now be 8pm, allowing it to be broadcast by TNT Sports.
Our game against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday, September 19 will remain on that day in its original 3pm start, but won’t be broadcast on UK TV.
All the Premier League’s TV selections have been confirmed up until the start of the first international break of the season, but as always, fixtures are still subject to change for other reasons.
