Taylor Swift Married Travis Kelce in a Dior Haute Couture Wedding Dress by Jonathan Anderson—Learn the Details

When Jonathan Anderson presented his Haute Couture Fall 2026 collection for Dior, with a wedding dress as its closing look, the crowd (and internet) went wild. Shown on July 6, the romantic, off-the-shoulder gown walked the runway only three days after Taylor Swift tied the knot with Travis Kelce—wearing a custom Dior couture look that we have yet to see.

“The bride and groom’s wedding ceremony looks have been created by Christian Dior Haute Couture,” read an official press release issued by Swift’s longtime publicist, Tree Paine. “They are designed by Jonathan Anderson… in close collaboration with the bride and groom.”

The statement came the same night of the wedding, on Friday, July 3, and confirmed that the look was the “designer’s first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity.” And since then, we’ve been gathering details.

While we wait for photos to come in from the newlyweds, we’ve rounded up everything we know about the bridal look.

What is Taylor’s relationship with Dior?

Swift’s decision to wear Dior was unexpected (many bets were on Stella McCartney or Oscar de la Renta), though not entirely surprising. The house has a storied history with dressing the biggest brides in Hollywood—from Olivia De Havilland to Rita Hayworth—and a more recent history with the “Love Story” star herself.

Although Swift had yet to work with Anderson himself on a look, she did turn to the heritage label’s Cruise 2025 collection for the 2024 VMAs, wearing a punk-inspired yellow tartan corset look some six months before the new creative director took the helm in April 2025. Since then, she has spent her year-long engagement trying all the best bags that Dior has to offer: the Montaigne, the mini Lady Dior (in yellow!), the Cigale, the D-Motion, and more.

What did the official statement say?

“This is the designer’s first couture wedding dress for a world-renowned celebrity,” stated a press release issued by Swift’s publicist, Tree Paine. The statement also revealed that the newlyweds opted against bridesmaids and groomsmen. Instead, Swift’s brother, Austin, and Kelce’s brother, Jason, served as their Man of Honor and Best Man, respectively. The ceremony was officiated by Adam Sandler.

What did it look like?

When Anderson presented his Haute Couture Fall 2026 collection for Dior on July 6, with a wedding dress as its closing look, speculation only grew. While a representative for the house confirmed that the white gown was not, in fact, Swift’s, they didn’t throw away the idea that it could be an Easter egg—giving us a hint at what the star’s looked like.

The rep went on to tell The New York Times that Swift herself will be the first to unveil photos of the look.

That said, according to the Daily Mail, Swift’s dress may have had an “off-the-shoulder” neckline and a “super long train.” A source estimated that the train itself measured “25 feet,” while another described the dress as “pure romantic perfection” to the outlet.

Has the designer said anything himself?

On July 6, for the first time since the wedding, Anderson spoke on the collaboration—telling Women’s Wear Daily that he became “very good friends” with Swift. “It’s an emotional thing doing someone’s wedding,” he said.

Was there an after-party dress?

The same Daily Mail source also revealed that Swift changed into a second, more comfortable dress for the reception.

What else did Taylor wear?

The release also revealed that Swift accessorized with Cartier jewelry, Christian Louboutin heels, and, of course, her sparkling engagement ring. (Kelce popped the question with the ring last summer, when he had a fairytale garden set up in their backyard during the taping of their collaborative episode of his New Heights podcast in which Swift unveiled The Life of a Showgirl.) The custom vintage-inspired piece was designed by Kindred Lubeck at Artifex Fine Jewelry, whose work Swift introduced to her husband a year and a half before he proposed.

“I just thought her stuff was so cool,” she explained during an appearance on the Heart Breakfast radio show last October. “I had shown him a video like a year and a half ago and he was just paying attention to everything it turns out because when I saw the ring I [gasped]. I was like, ‘I know who made this, I know who made this,’ and also, you listen to me!” Swift said.

“It was like, ‘You really know me.’ I didn’t know what I would want, but he did somehow, and that’s kind of a flex,” she added. We’re in love.
