Ramos documented the festivities with a series of photos from her baby shower, capturing the joyful gathering as she and her loved ones celebrated the baby on the way. Ramos positively glows in each snapshot, looking ethereal in a matching white ensemble and her baby bump on full display while surrounded by colorful balloons. Smiling throughout the event, the Med and Parenthood star gave followers a peek into the special day, which featured thoughtful decor, festive treats, and even puppies prime for petting.
“Surprise! If you’re not surprised I’m pregnant, act like it!” Ramos captioned her pregnancy announcement on Instagram. “I have no good photos with the father of my child lol just a ton with the shower guests of honor: @thelabellefoundation puppies available for adoption!”
The shower included a wholesome nod to the father embedded in the cake’s decor, which cheekily read: “Baby Spice.” Other highlights from the festivities included quality time with her loved ones and plenty of puppies for cuddling and potential adoption, which is perhaps the sweetest shower idea ever. In one snapshot, Ramos held an adorable pup tight while soaking up the festivities.

The baby announcement marks Ramos and Spicer’s first child together. Ramos and her husband have been married since December 2020, when they tied the knot in Las Vegas. Ramos shared photos from the elopement on Instagram with the caption, “Love is a wild thing.”
Spicer is a prolific director (Ingrid Goes West, Flower), and is the recent mind behind the 2026 comedy Little Brother starring John Cena and Eric Andre. After sharing the baby shower announcement, Ramos took to Instagram to share photos from the red carpet of Little Brother, where her baby bump stole the spotlight.
